We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Environmental Department as a Manager. The ideal candidate will oversee a team of 3 direct reports and work on projects throughout North Carolina and South Carolina.

Main Responsibilities
  • Direct a team of 3 direct reports in the Environmental Department
  • Prepare and distribute reports and client correspondence, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
  • Oversight of project execution, including quality assurance, quality control, analysis, laboratory testing and field services as required
  • Client consultation and support for ongoing maintenance
  • Develop sales and marketing strategies to expand business and drive growth
  • Prepare and submit proposals and contract documents for review and approval
Requirements
  • More than 10 years of experience in Environmental Consulting
  • A Professional Geologist (P.G.) or Professional Engineer (P.E.) license is highly recommended
  • Proven experience with Phase 1 and 2 Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) is essential
