Employability Skills Trainer

The Sarina Russo Group is a leading provider of education, training, and employment services. We are seeking an experienced and passionate Facilitator/Coach to deliver Employability Skills Training (EST) to our participants.

This is a government-initiated program aimed at developing job-ready skills, building confidence, and enhancing employability in the local labour market. As a Facilitator/Coach, you will mentor and facilitate the program to create real opportunities for our participants.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in Workforce Australia or Employment Services, with strong networking and relationship-building skills. You will be confident in promoting the program to Employment Service providers and proficient in technology and administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver Employability Skills Training (EST) to participants
  • Mentor and facilitate the program to create real opportunities
  • Network with potential employers and build relationships
  • Promote the program to Employment Service providers
  • Utilize technology and administration skills to support the program

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in Workforce Australia or Employment Services
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills
  • Confident in promoting the program to Employment Service providers
  • Proficient in technology and administration
