Hypnosis Trainer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hypnosis Trainer to join our team at A.I.R Recruitment. As a Hypnosis Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering training courses in the field of Hypnosis, equipping individuals with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in the corporate world.

• Deliver engaging and informative training sessions via online formats.
• Assess and evaluate the performance of course participants, providing constructive feedback.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate relevant changes into training programs.
• Collaborate with the Head of Learning to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
• Participate in curriculum development and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant progress.

• Diploma in Clinical Hypnosis or Strategic Psychotherapy or similar.
• Proven experience in curriculum development and instructional design.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Qualifications in adult education, training, or a related field are highly desirable in the field of psychology or counselling.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
