Employability Skills Trainer

The Sarina Russo Group is a leading provider of education, training, and employment services. We are seeking a skilled Facilitator/Coach to deliver Employability Skills Training (EST) to our participants.

This is a casual role working 4-5 days per week, 30-38 hours, Monday to Friday. The successful candidate will need to be able to travel to various locations across Sydney South West, including our Liverpool or Bankstown location.

Key requirements of the role include:

  • Previous experience in Workforce Australia or Employment Services (ideal but not essential)
  • Ability to network with potential employers and build relationships
  • Confident promoting program to Employment Service providers
  • Proficient with technology and strong Administration skills

The ideal candidate will be a dynamic facilitator with the ability to engage and motivate all learner types at all levels. They will have strong verbal and written communication skills, and be able to promote our clients to potential employers.
