Learning and Development Opportunity

The role will be within a group of experienced learning professionals who operate in an agile way, working on learning interventions across talent, management, leadership development, learning, performance, careers, and engagement. As part of this team, you will support the development and implementation of a broad range of learning products to enhance the capability of people across different levels.

This includes supporting the development of first line managers, senior leaders, and other stakeholders to ensure we have best-in-class learning and development offerings. You will provide solutions required to deliver our learning strategy and ecosystem, working with external partners and associates as needed.

Key aspects of the role include:

  • Supporting the development and implementation of a wide range of learning products.
  • Providing solutions to deliver our learning strategy and ecosystem.
  • Working with external partners and associates to deliver key learning programs.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least two to three years experience of learning and development working across all aspects of the learning cycle.
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proven track record of effective partner management.
  • Ability to find creative and innovative solutions.
