Marketing Strategist

This role involves leading the marketing function across multiple service lines, working closely with executive leadership and making a real impact.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies to drive business growth.
  • Tailor messaging for diverse audiences including corporate, SMEs, aged care, aviation, and financial services.
  • Manage content management systems (CMS) and oversee search engine optimization (SEO) strategy to expand digital reach.
  • Coordinate external agencies and contractors for social media, design, and digital services.
  • Monitor campaign performance and report on return on investment (ROI).
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in financial services or insurance.
  • Experience managing multi-entity or parent-company marketing strategies.
  • Solid understanding of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
  • Proven ability to manage third-party marketing and digital providers.
  • Strong grasp of SEO and digital advertising strategies.
