Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned marketing leader to drive our go-to-market strategies and lead a team of marketers in accelerating mineral discovery and expanding space-enabled exploration capabilities.

About the Role:

  • You will be responsible for architecting comprehensive marketing strategies that align cross-functional teams around customer value and business outcomes, driving pipeline growth and revenue acceleration.
  • Leading a team of 6 marketers across Product Marketing, Growth, Communications, Brand, and Field Marketing.
  • Overseeing campaign execution for AI-powered, satellite-enabled solutions; optimizing marketing operations for scale; and establishing systems that maintain quality while increasing velocity.
  • Prioritizing strategic accounts with Sales, Product, and Executive teams; building a culture of data-driven experimentation and measurement.
  • Developing and reporting on key metrics, including pipeline contribution, lead acquisition, ABM, brand awareness, and team productivity.

Requirements:

  • Proven Enterprise B2B Marketing Leadership: 8+ years leading marketing in startup/scale-up tech, with experience in Mineral exploration, Mining Technology, or Deep Tech.
  • Team & Budget Management Experience: History of managing marketing budgets and scaling teams.
  • Revenue-Focused Partnership: Demonstrated ability to collaborate with sales and contribute to deal closure and revenue growth.
  • Field Marketing experience: At least part of your toolkit and experience.
