Job Title: Senior Manager, Community Services

Job Description:

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to lead the development and implementation of community services initiatives.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in community development, with expertise in strategic planning, program management, and stakeholder engagement.

They will be responsible for driving business growth, developing and managing budgets, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services that meet the needs of our clients.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement community services strategies and plans;
  • Manage and coordinate the delivery of community programs and services;
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including government agencies, community groups, and service providers;
  • Develop and manage budgets and financial reports;
  • Provide leadership and guidance to staff and teams;
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of community services initiatives;
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities and partnerships;
  • Strengthen relationships with clients, families, government agencies, and community partners;
  • Collaborate with other service areas to optimize organizational positioning as a leader in delivering high-quality integrated services;
  • Oversee financial performance, risk management, and service quality.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • A degree in a relevant field such as business, health, or social sciences;
  • Proven experience in community development, program management, and stakeholder engagement;
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders;
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions;
  • Financial management skills, with the ability to develop and manage budgets and financial reports;
  • Able to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to the achievement of organizational goals.
