The National Manager plays a key role in the effective leadership and management of Services Australia's operational activities. This involves contributing to the continued transformation of the agency, providing high-level strategic advice to senior executives, and ensuring the delivery of quality services and payments to the community.

The successful candidate will be a flexible and versatile leader with excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, sound judgement, strong customer focus and the ability to engender respect and trust. They will also possess the drive to continuously learn, innovate and achieve outcomes in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  2. Lead and manage operational functions within the agency, including strategy, program management, service design, corporate and service delivery.">
