Job Overview:

  • Support users in resolving Airport Winter Operations software-related problems and feature requests.
  • Classify and escalate issues according to severity, utilizing technical expertise and judgment.
  • Collaborate with the team to provide timely solutions during downtime, ensuring smooth operation of the software.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and tech-savvy skills to manage complex technical issues.
  • Flexibility to work some weekends during peak periods, as well as ability to excel in a remote working environment located within Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) or AEDT zone.
  • At least one year of experience in customer service or technical support, preferably in a related field.
