Program Coordinator Role

This is a permanent full-time position responsible for working closely with the Coordinator to provide programs for children aged 5 - 12 years in Before School Care & After School Care at our Balgowlah location and Vacation Care at our Davidson location.
The role involves regular evaluation of the program to ensure it caters for the interests and needs of school age children and meets the requirements of the 'My Time - Our Place' Framework. Ensuring compliance and best practice programming under the National Quality Standards and Regulations are key responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Working in support of the coordinator on administrative tasks and efficient day to day operation of the service.
- Regularly evaluating the program to ensure it caters for the interests and needs of school age children and meets the requirements of the 'My Time - Our Place' Framework.
- Ensuring Compliance and best practice programming under the National Quality Standards and Regulations.
- Advising families about the program, policies and procedures when required.
- Where appropriate take on the role of Educational Leader within the service, providing guidance and support.
To be successful in this role you will require:
- Qualifications or significant experience in working in outside school hours care.
