We are seeking a Speech Pathology Team Manager to lead our team and drive excellence in speech pathology services.

About the Role

This is a senior level position that requires strong clinical leadership and management skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of speech pathologists, providing clinical supervision and guidance, and ensuring high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of speech pathologists to deliver high-quality speech pathology services.
  • Provide clinical supervision and guidance to staff members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent patient care.
  • Develop and implement clinical guidelines and policies to ensure consistency and quality in speech pathology services.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including NDIS quality and practice guidelines.
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff members to meet the needs of the team and the organization.
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure efficient use of organizational resources.

Requirements
