We are seeking a Speech Pathology Team Manager to lead our team and drive excellence in speech pathology services.
About the RoleThis is a senior level position that requires strong clinical leadership and management skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of speech pathologists, providing clinical supervision and guidance, and ensuring high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of speech pathologists to deliver high-quality speech pathology services.
- Provide clinical supervision and guidance to staff members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent patient care.
- Develop and implement clinical guidelines and policies to ensure consistency and quality in speech pathology services.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including NDIS quality and practice guidelines.
- Recruit, train, and develop staff members to meet the needs of the team and the organization.
- Manage budgets and resources to ensure efficient use of organizational resources.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Master's degree in Speech Pathology or a related field.
- Experience in clinical leadership and management, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High-level problem-solving and analytical skills.
The selection criteria for this role include:
- Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years' experience in speech pathology, preferably in a clinical leadership role.
