About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mobile Business Leader to join our team at Lendi Group. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing and inspiring a growing team of Mobile Mortgage Brokers to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop a team of Mobile Mortgage Brokers to achieve sales targets and enhance customer experiences.
  • Support the growth of recent graduate brokers in line with our skills development pathway.
  • Provide hands-on leadership, training, coaching, and mentoring to enhance team performance.
  • Drive the team's growth through direct involvement in recruitment activities.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to foster collaboration and efficiency.
  • Maintain and strengthen key relationships with external lender partners.
Requirements
  • Proven hands-on Mortgage Broking and leadership experience.
  • Strong track record of leading and developing Mortgage Brokers/home loan lenders.
  • Ability to lead from the front, inspiring and motivating your team to exceed monthly targets and enhance customer experiences.
  • Adept at data-driven decision-making in sales and experienced in consistently meeting and exceeding targets.
