Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, coordinate, and manage global mobility assignments to ensure the successful delivery of both operational business objectives and personal growth outcomes.
  • Work closely with business leaders and assignees across all levels to provide guidance on all matters related to global mobility.
  • Contribute to a positive employee experience for our people and foster a culture of inclusivity and support.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal business stakeholders and assignees.
  • Build and maintain relationships with multiple stakeholders to gain trust and confidence as an advisor.
About You:
  • Previous experience in a P&C, Global Mobility or Australian Immigration role in a global or complex organization.
  • Strong understanding of relevant Australian Immigration and Tax Legislation.
  • Good level of skill and experience using Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrate a strong service orientation and strong communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle and prioritize multiple and competing priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail with a proactive process improvement and service delivery mindset and logical approach to problem solving.
