Pig Farming Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Pig Farmer to join our client's team in Joadja, NSW. The successful candidate will have strong communication and time management skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Management of the daily operation of the farm with minor supervision from farm owners
- General operation management, including breeding, farrowing, weaning, and growing
- Feeding management and administrative tasks
- General maintenance and upkeep of the farm
- Leading a small team or groups and training new members
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Agriculture or higher equivalent
- At least 3 years recent relevant work experience
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Advance knowledge in animal husbandry, animal welfare, and legislation
- Knowledge in computer programs/software is an advantage
This is a full-time position that may involve weekend work and some unplanned hours of work where the need arises. Qualified applicants may apply online.
