We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Diploma Qualified Educator to lead the development of inclusive early childhood programs.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a diverse team.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement curriculum using the Early Years Learning Framework that caters to children's diverse needs and interests.
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues through effective collaboration and communication.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team culture by promoting diversity and social justice.
- Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development, including observations, learning stories, and programming plans.
The successful candidate will have a Diploma in Children Services, 2 years of experience in an early childhood setting, and a current Valid Working with Children's Check (WWCC).
