Early Learning Educator Opportunity

About the Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity for diploma-qualified educators to join our team and contribute to the education and care of young children. As an early learning educator, you will play a vital role in supporting the development and well-being of children aged 2-5 years.

The successful candidate will have experience working at a diploma level in an early learning service and possess excellent communication skills. You will be responsible for developing positive relationships with children, families, and community members, and contributing to the planning and implementation of educational programs that reflect the approved learning framework.

Requirements:
  • Essential Requirements:
  • Diploma in Children's Services (or equivalent);
  • Previous experience working at a diploma level in an early learning service;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team;
  • Willingness to contribute to the ongoing evaluation and improvement of educational programs and services.
