About Our Educational Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Diploma Qualified Educator to support the growth of young children in our educational setting.

This full-time role involves engaging with children from 2-5 years, providing positive interactions and hands-on activities that promote their cognitive and social development.

The ideal candidate will bring passion for inclusive early childhood practice and social justice, as well as effective communication skills to collaborate with colleagues, families, and community members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality education and care services to meet the needs of children.
  • Develop and implement learning programs using the Early Years Learning Framework.
  • Maintain accurate records of children's progress and observations.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Children Services (essential).
  • Current Valid Working with Children's Check (WWCC).
  • Previous experience in programming, recording observations, and supporting curriculum planning.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
