Marketing Coordinator Role

As a marketing coordinator, you will play a key role in delivering engaging multi-channel campaigns for Reading Eggs.

  • Coordinate and execute campaigns across social media, web, affiliates, partnerships, and more.
  • Monitor campaign performance using key metrics like CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates – and use insights to optimize results.
  • Run A/B tests on creatives, copy, and landing pages for continuous improvement.
  • Support budget management to maximize campaign ROI.
  • Brief and manage creative production to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Collaborate with global marketing teams, agencies, and internal stakeholders.
  • Handle marketing admin tasks such as invoicing, stock management, event support, and landing page setup.
