Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled and driven Digital Marketing Specialist to support the execution of diverse and impactful marketing projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing digital strategies to increase brand awareness and drive prospects to conversions using online tools and channels.
  • Creating marketing assets (images, video) and copy for a wide range of digital campaigns.
  • Supporting the administration of websites, improving online performance, and keeping content up-to-date.
  • Collaborating with the wider marketing team on all digital initiatives as required.
  • Assisting with marketing automation activity.
  • Delivering reports analyzing online performance to stakeholders.
  • Demonstrating ability to work under pressure and prioritize effectively.
  • Providing comprehensive digital marketing support.

Requirements include:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a marketing-related area.
  • Experience creating marketing assets using Canva.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketing Cloud, Marketo, Hubspot).
  • Excellent attention to detail with ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to analyze data and provide insights.
  • Experience working with analytics, testing, and marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMRush, Meta Business Manager).
  • Tertiary qualifications or equivalent in marketing and/or communications.
  • Salesforce experience (e.g., CRM, Marketing Cloud).
  • Proficient in MS Office & Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop).
  • Curiosity and enthusiasm in learning and sharing ideas.
