Job Description

The Director of Learning Diversity plays a pivotal role in leading the college's vision, grounded in its Catholic identity and Carmelite tradition.

This strategic leader will spearhead the implementation of learning programs and support for all students, including those with disabilities, specific learning needs, and those who are highly able or gifted.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead in the spirit of Christian service to support the college's vision.
  • Ensure the provision of appropriate learning programs and support for all students.
  • Bring a strong knowledge base, exemplary interpersonal skills, and the capacity to inspire and lead colleagues.
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of contemporary pedagogy.
  • Ability to integrate learning technologies.
  • Outward-looking perspective.
