Job Title: Community Engagement Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Community Engagement Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment where you will be responsible for nurturing and supporting our customers and centre teams at a Centre level.

Your primary focus will be on overseeing and supporting the overall daily operations of a centre, contributing to the growth and success of your customers, and helping them to use flexible working to enhance their productivity.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Build effective relationships with new and existing customers
  • Work as part of a team to give our community everything they need
  • Create exceptional experiences every interaction
  • Own and care for your centre - ensure it is always the professional and inspiring work environment our community requires;
  • Drive profitability of our centres through supporting sales or additional services and ancillary income.
  • Train, manage and mentor community teams to be the best they can be.
