Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Community Engagement Manager. In this position, you will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with our customers and centre teams at a Centre level.

About the Position

You will oversee and support the overall daily operations of a centre, contributing to the growth and success of your customers. Your primary goal is to deliver exceptional customer experiences every interaction, while ensuring that our centres remain professional and inspiring work environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with new and existing customers
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to provide our community with everything they need
  • Create exceptional experiences through every interaction
  • Take ownership of your centre to ensure it meets high standards
  • Drive profitability through sales or additional services and ancillary income
  • Train, manage, and mentor community teams to achieve their best
  • Lead by example through every interaction
