We're seeking a collaborative and values-driven individual to join our team as an Engagement Officer.

The role involves supporting the development of stakeholder engagement, community development, and local leadership initiatives that promote positive change and hope.

You will assist in coordinating opportunities for marginalized communities to access and contribute to our learning environment, which fosters the sharing of lived expertise and professional knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategic partnerships with stakeholders to enhance engagement and community participation.

  • Provide administrative support to local leadership approaches, including planning, coordination, and implementation.
  • Assist with logistical elements of delivering 'pop-up' courses, ensuring effective relationship management.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work collaboratively as part of a team.
