Job Overview

You will lead a team responsible for managing corporate treasury activities across multiple locations and business lines. This involves collaborating with colleagues in other offices and local management to drive success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Corporate Treasury activity for all local platforms.
  • Apply significant skills and experience in Corporate Treasury areas including Capital, Liquidity, SIRR, Recovery and Resolution, Balance Sheet, Funding, Subsidiary Banking, FTP.
  • Oversee complex cross-functional projects with minimal support, including delegating staff to provide oversight and updates to senior management.
  • Maintain strong stakeholder management with Finance, Risk Management, Tax, Legal and other key functions.
  • Identify opportunities to generate revenue by reducing inefficiencies in the balance sheet.
  • Develop and improve regional understanding of liquidity risk profile and ensure analysis aligns to business needs.
  • Direct and oversee the development of new liquidity risk models and identify opportunities for improvements, enhancements and new liquidity reports/tools.
Qualifications
  • 10+ years experience in treasury-related matters.
  • Experience presenting to senior management and committees.
  • Knowledge of products in regional business.
  • Understanding of local regulatory requirements.
  • Demonstrated analytical ability.
  • Knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Tableau.
  • Experience of leading initiatives with external stakeholders.
