Occupational Therapist Job Opportunity

This is a challenging and rewarding role for an experienced Occupational Therapist. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background in occupational therapy, with the ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

The successful applicant will be responsible for providing high-quality occupational therapy services to clients in a variety of settings, including clinics, community centers, and client's homes. This will involve conducting comprehensive assessments, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients' needs and abilities
  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans that address clients' goals and objectives
  • Provide occupational therapy interventions, including exercise programs, cognitive training, and home modifications
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and progress

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
  • Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
  • Minimum 2 years post-graduate experience in occupational therapy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
