Job Title: Site Contracting Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Contracting Team Lead to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical site contracting and excellent leadership skills.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who wants to take on new challenges and contribute to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead contract execution planning and achieve targets while identifying and managing risks.
  • Collaborate with functional lines and planners to prioritize and resource studies within remit.
  • Provide expertise and support to teams in resolving issues related to site contracting and cross-functional dependencies.
  • Partner with other countries to optimize portfolio.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience with a 4-year degree (BA/BS or equivalent).
  • Expertise in one or more areas of clinical site contracting.
  • Knowledge of clinical development process.
  • Ability to oversee third-party vendor deliverables to agreed quality and timelines.
  • Leadership experience in interaction with senior leaders.
  • Clinical study budget management and negotiation principles.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of relevant experience with a US Juris Doctorate or equivalent legal degree.
  • Previous functional management experience.
