Overview We're seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead the delivery of a high-profile hospitality upgrade in Wollongong on a short-term contract.
This hands-on role will suit a leader who can manage multiple trades, keep the program on track, and ensure a safe, quality build in a live, high-visibility environment for Design Build .
Responsibilities Coordinate daily site operations and subcontractors Excellent safety, quality, and stakeholder management capability Strong leadership and coordination skills in a live operating environment Manage deliveries, scheduling, and progress reporting Ensure works are completed to a high standard and to specification Requirements Previous experience managing refurb and fit-out projects Trade background or construction qualification preferred Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to run a tight, well-organised site Proficient with Procore and Hammertech White Card, First Aid, and relevant tickets Contact For questions relating to this role or other opportunities with Design Build, please contact Maisie Coleman on or click apply.
