Job Overview

The Support Worker plays a pivotal role in empowering individuals with disabilities, providing high-quality 24/7 care and support in independent living settings.

This position requires adaptability to work in a dynamic environment, including varying shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver direct support across a range of customer needs, encompassing domestic and personal care, and facilitate customers' access to community resources.
  • Support operations in SIL/Group Homes, including shift work, sleepovers/active nights, weekends, and public holidays as required.
About You
  • Able to work varied shifts, regular sleepovers/active nights, weekends, and public holidays with significant availability.
  • Exhibit resilience, confidence, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Possess strong communication skills to develop positive relationships.
  • Able to obtain the NDIS Worker Screening Check prior to commencement.
  • Proficient in using computers and learning various software/programs.
  • Current Australian Driver's Licence.
