Membership Ambassador

Panthers Penrith is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Membership team on a part-time permanent basis.

• Actively promote and communicate the Panthers Rewards program to members and their guests.
• Meet, greet, and sign in patrons entering the club, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
• Respond to member inquiries in a timely and polite manner, providing accurate information and assistance.
• Process Panthers Rewards point redemptions efficiently, including assistance at kiosk terminals.
• Enter membership data accurately, ensuring error-free entries.
• Keep staff informed of changes to Panthers Rewards procedures, upcoming promotions, and club activities.
• Provide administrative services to guests wishing to become members.
• Perform general administrative duties as required.

• Exceptional personal grooming standards.
• Excellent communication skills, both face-to-face and written.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Intermediate computer skills.
• Current RSA and RCG competency card.
