Membership Ambassador

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively promote and communicate the Panthers Rewards program to all members and their guests;
• Meet and greet members on a daily basis, providing regular information about club activities;
• Ensure the high standard of member services at all times;
• Process Panthers Rewards point redemptions and assist members at kiosk terminals;
• Enter membership database information accurately and efficiently;
• Inform staff of changes to Panthers Rewards procedures and upcoming promotions;
• Provide administrative services to guests wishing to become members;
• Perform general administration duties as required.

Requirements:

• A positive, friendly, and can-do attitude;
• Exceptional personal grooming;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Excellent attention to detail;
• Intermediate computer skills;
• Current RSA and RCG competency card.
