Membership Ambassador

Panthers Penrith is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Membership team on a part-time permanent basis.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional member experiences, promoting our Panthers Rewards program, and ensuring the highest standards of member services.

Main duties and responsibilities include:

• Actively promoting and communicating the Panthers Rewards program to members and their guests;
• Meeting and greeting patrons, signing them in, and ensuring their queries are addressed in a timely and polite manner;
• Efficiently processing Panthers Rewards point redemptions and providing assistance to members at kiosk terminals;
• Accurately entering membership data into our database, ensuring error-free entries;
• Informing staff of changes to Panthers Rewards procedures, upcoming promotions, and club activities;
• Providing administrative services to guests wishing to become members;
• General administration duties as required.

• Excellent communication skills, both face-to-face and written;
• Excellent attention to detail;
• Intermediate computer skills;
• Strong attention to detail and;
• Current RSA and RCG competency card.
