**Job Overview**

We are seeking a seasoned Regional Operations Manager to lead our commercial cleaning teams across multiple sites in the Northern Rivers region.

As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction while driving business growth and operational efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead and motivate high-performing teams to deliver outstanding results
  • Conduct regular site audits to monitor compliance with company standards and quality requirements
  • Identify opportunities to expand our client base within the region
  • Gather information for accurate quotes and pricing considerations
  • Manage rosters and ensure efficient operations
  • Implement initiatives to drive a high-performing and safe work environment

**Requirements:**

  • A valid driving license
  • Previous commercial cleaning experience essential
  • Experience managing cleaning teams across multiple sites essential
  • Proven success in leading and developing high-performing teams
  • Strong understanding of commercial cleaning equipment, chemical handling, and WHS requirements
  • Working knowledge of the Cleaning Services Award highly regarded
