Marketing Campaign Lead

We are seeking a Marketing Campaign Lead to drive the launch and growth of our sports retail business in Australia and New Zealand.

  • Develop and execute a full-funnel marketing strategy to launch and grow our sports retail business.
  • Utilize expertise in the ANZ sports landscape to inform marketing plans, local activations, sponsorships, and community partnerships.
  • Manage the integrated marketing calendar, aligning with retail events, sports seasons, and product launches.
  • Optimize campaigns using AI tools, performance data, and digital insights to automate workflows and improve ROI.
  • Connect stores with their communities through grassroots events and ambassador programs.
  • Oversee the production of on-brand content for use across various channels.
  • Lead the go-to-market and grand opening strategies for each new store.
  • Collaborate with ecommerce, CRM, Retail, and Merchandise teams to achieve business objectives.

You Bring

8–10+ years of experience in brand, retail, or digital marketing, ideally in sports, lifestyle, or omnichannel retail.

A deep understanding of the Australia & New Zealand sports ecosystem, including key sports, leagues, events, and audiences.

Proven experience managing end-to-end campaigns across multiple channels.

Strong digital marketing skills, with exposure to AI tools, automation, and performance analytics.

Strategic thinker with a strong bias for action and delivery.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Bonus points for experience with store launches, local area marketing, and sports sponsorships.
