About the Role

">

The Vessel Master plays a pivotal role in the day-to-day safe and efficient operation of our vessels and their crew. This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent customer service, and effective communication skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for navigation, crew leadership, safety drills, management systems, and reporting requirements.

As a local Master, you will need to be based in Darwin and available for weekly shifts, including 4-6 shifts per week. You will be required to have AMSA issued Master V (24m NC) /MED 2 certifications, senior first aid, and a valid driver's license. Experience in the tourism industry will be highly regarded.

What We Offer

As a valued member of our marine crew, you will receive a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
