Job Title: Financial Controller

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Financial Controller to join our organization. This role will be responsible for group-level financial reporting, consolidation, and audit coordination across international operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparing consolidated financial statements in compliance with relevant accounting standards
  • Managing month-end and year-end close processes across multiple entities
  • Overseeing statutory reporting for Australian and international subsidiaries
  • Coordinating external audits and maintaining strong governance and internal controls
  • Ensuring ERP and BI system data integrity, supporting automation, and process improvements
  • Preparing reports for overseas shareholders in compliance with Chinese Accounting Standards (CAS)
  • Leading and developing a small finance team
Requirements:
  • CPA or CA qualification
  • Strong technical knowledge of AASB, IFRS, ASIC, and CAS
  • ERP/BI expertise (preferably Pronto and Power BI)
  • Mandarin fluency highly desirable
Benefits:
