We're seeking a seasoned professional at the Lead to Principal level with extensive experience in dams engineering. Our team delivers complex projects across Australia and internationally – offering you the opportunity to innovate and make a lasting impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver expert input across geotechnical, structural, hydraulic, design and construction management disciplines.
  • Lead multidisciplinary project teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.
  • Support Client Engagement & Business Development: Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Support Team Development: Mentor and support junior engineers.
What You'll Bring
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree qualifications in civil engineering or related discipline.
  • RPEQ registration (or commitment to attain).
  • Be a seasoned professional with an in-depth understanding of dams engineering.
  • Proven experience in design and/or construction management.
  • Strong leadership, communication and client engagement skills.
