As a civil engineer specializing in dams, you'll be part of our market-leading Northern Australia Dams Group. Our team delivers complex and high-profile dams and hydropower projects across Australia and internationally. This role offers the opportunity to lead, innovate, and make a lasting impact. You'll work on a variety of projects, including water dams and tailings dams for municipal, mining, agriculture, and hydropower purposes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical delivery, focusing on geotechnical, structural, and/or design management skills, applied to dams and/or tailings projects.
- Active participation in client relationship management, business development, proposal development, reports, and technical analysis.
- Ideal candidates have more than 3 years' post-graduation experience in dams engineering.
- Chartered RPEQ engineer status is preferred or working towards this status.
- Bachelor of Engineering Degree (Civil) or higher qualifications.
- Knowledge of design for various dam types, including embankment and concrete dams.
- Experience working in multi-disciplined teams, including geologists, structural engineers, hydraulic engineers, hydro-mechanical, and electro-mechanical engineers.
