Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Services Manager to join our team in Hobart. As a key member of our Finance Hub team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional management accounting services to our clients, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client relationships and provide exceptional customer service
  • Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements
  • Develop and implement financial models and forecasts to support business decision-making
  • Assist clients in transitioning to automated cloud software systems
  • Manage the general ledger, including reconciliations and journal entries
  • Prepare and review payroll and superannuation reports
  • Provide guidance and support to less experienced team members
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in financial regulations and laws
Requirements
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment

  • Experience in management accounting and financial reporting
