This role involves managing the delivery of business and technology readiness for a Wrap Servicing team.

About the Role

As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end planning and implementation of business and technology initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business and technology transformation.
  • Coordinate recruitment and onboarding activities for new servicing functions.
  • Align business design with stakeholder requirements.
  • Manage business analysis efforts and ensure requirements are clearly defined.
  • Translate client insights into project deliverables.
  • Drive detailed project planning, including the use of analytics.
  • Manage project status reporting, risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Oversee change management and implementation activities.
About You
  • Significant experience in project management within large, complex finance initiatives.
  • Mandatory experience with WRAP platforms in superannuation or investment servicing.
  • Strong leadership experience across business and technology teams.
  • Background in business design and process improvement.
  • Wealth industry knowledge (superannuation and investments).
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and competing priorities.
