Job Title: Transformation Project Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Transformation Project Coordinator to join our award-winning Enterprise Delivery team. As a key member of the team, you will design and execute change management plans to support our stakeholders through ongoing transformation.

This role will initially be required to support two key initiatives that will modernise the way we interact with data, simplifying and uplifting the data sources on which the organisation depends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilise existing frameworks and tools to devise and execute 'fit-for-purpose' transformation, learning and communications plans
  • Manage and execute activities across multiple initiatives, streams, or squads (e.g. Impact Assessments, Communication, Engagement, Learning, Reinforcement etc.)
  • Ensure learning is designed and delivered appropriately for capability gaps that are identified
  • Be hands-on with the design, development, and implementation of transformation, communication and learning deliverables
  • Manage transformation across different types of programs, projects and initiatives, from large scale technology changes through to detailed frontline business process changes, as business needs require

About You:

  • 5+ years project and people engagement related change management experience - Mandatory; experience with Agile desired
  • A demonstrated ability to deliver Change, Communications and Learning activities for large-scale transformation or technology projects is highly desirable.
  • Experience in understanding how changes impact an end-to-end value chain is also highly desirable.

The Ideal Candidate:

You will have excellent stakeholder engagement and coaching skills to ensure transformations are embedded for our impacted teams. You will be equally skilled in managing complex, technology-driven transformation impacting back-office support teams as you are in managing behavioural, people or process-driven transformation impacting customer-facing teams.
