Academic Program Manager

Main Responsibilities- Foster a positive and professional learning culture within the English department; cultivate respectful and supportive relationships with staff and students.
- Use student achievement data to inform planning and decision-making; lead collection, analysis, and interpretation of data across the English learning area.
- Provide curriculum leadership with deep content knowledge and familiarity with the Western Australian Curriculum and SCSA requirements (ATAR, General, and VET pathways).
- Oversee the effective functioning of the English department, including assessment and reporting processes, resource management, and staff coordination.
- Demonstrated capacity to provide effective leadership in educational settings.
- High level of interpersonal and public relations skills that demonstrate the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
- Demonstrated professional knowledge and the ability to apply this knowledge to ensure educational outcomes for all students.
