Career Development Coach

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Career Development Coach to deliver a 3-week program to jobseekers.
The role involves managing engaging group training sessions, both online and face-to-face, to help participants identify their skills, abilities and secure employment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver training programs to support jobseekers in developing their CV, approaching interviews and self-marketing
- Support and guide participants to identify their strengths and develop career development plans
- Build relationships with local employers and community organisations to facilitate training and employment opportunities
- Organise and implement training programs for participants, including guest speakers and workshops
- Travel to deliver training around the local region as required
Requirements:
- Eligibility to work in Australia
- A current driver's licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle
- Willingness to complete a Criminal History Check
- Ability to pass a Working with Children Check
- Certificate IV Training and Assessment (desirable)
- RSA certificate (desirable)
This is a part-time role working 20 hours a week, ideally on Monday, Tuesday and half-day Wednesday.
We welcome those from various backgrounds, including previous exposure to Training, Careers Counselling, Community Services or Employment Services.
This role offers the opportunity to make a positive impact in the community by supporting individuals in achieving their employment goals.
The aim of the program is to help participants become more competitive in their local labour market.
We lift people up, supporting them in employment, independence and improved wellbeing.
