  • This is a part-time position requiring 30-38 hours per week, with flexibility to work across multiple sites in Melbourne.

The ideal candidate will have experience in coaching or facilitating, with strong verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to motivate learners.

We are seeking a skilled facilitator/coach to mentor and support individuals in developing job-ready skills, building confidence and engaging with technology to become competitive in the labour market.

This role involves:

  • Dynamic facilitation to engage and motivate learners;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills;
  • Able to promote clients to potential employers;
  • Adaptability to meet participant needs;
  • Ability to work unsupervised with strong time management skills;
  • Professional presentation.

Key Requirements:

  • Previous coaching or facilitating experience preferred;
  • Able to network with potential employers and build relationships;
  • Confident promoting programs to Employment Service providers;

  • Ability to commence as soon as possible.
About the Position

This casual role requires 30-38 hours per week, with flexibility to work across multiple sites in Melbourne. Facilitation can involve face-to-face and virtual interactions.

We are looking for a skilled professional who can facilitate our two key programs:

  • Employability Skills training (EST) - intensive pre-employment training to make participants job-ready;
  • Career Transition Assistance (CTA) - helping mature-age individuals build their confidence and skills to become competitive in the local labour market.
