Job Title: Entertainment Operations Manager

The Entertainment Operations Manager will be the heart of our games team and fun creators. With a passionate and nurturing leadership style, you will ensure every guest has an unforgettable experience with our games and keeps a smile on their face.

About the Role:

  1. You will work closely with the Venue Manager to provide and receive support for smooth operations and delighted guests.
  2. You will lead a high-performing games team to boost business results and drive sales.
  3. You will manage stock efficiently and run a seamless stocktake operation alongside the Store Coordinator & Venue Management team.
  4. You will create innovative displays that dazzle guests and drive sales as a creative merchandiser.
  5. You will embody our core values: FUN, REMARKABLE, REAL, OBSESSED, PARTNER as an indispensable team player.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to increase game engagement and sales.
  • Lead a high-performing games team to achieve targets and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Manage stock levels, perform stocktakes, and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Create visually appealing displays to enhance the gaming experience and drive sales.
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
