We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Occupational Therapist to join our team in Mackay.



As an Occupational Therapist with Konekt, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and employers, helping individuals to return to work and achieve their full potential.



Key Responsibilities


  • Evaluate and assess the needs of clients with work-related or non-work-related injuries or illnesses
  • Develop and implement individualized return-to-work plans, working closely with clients, employers, and other stakeholders
  • Provide education and support to clients and employers on workplace injury prevention and safe work practices
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive support for clients
  • Contribute to the development of workplace injury prevention and rehabilitation programs
