We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to lead our Risk Data Insights and Analytics team. As a Chapter Lead, you will be responsible for managing a team of 20 developers and testers who support 4 product owners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a high-performing team of developers and testers to deliver world-class data, analytics, and technology capabilities.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and develop solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement in our products and services.
  • Support DevSecOps activities for our applications and ensure the highest level of security and compliance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end analytic project delivery, including scoping, planning, conducting analysis, and making recommendations.
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of cloud computing services, particularly AWS.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influence skills.

  • Experience in end-to-end analytic project delivery, including scoping, planning, conducting analysis, and making recommendations.
