Delivering Excellence in Rail Infrastructure Maintenance

Our organization seeks a skilled and dedicated individual to fill the role of Rail Maintainer. This is a temporary opportunity that will last up to 12 months, during which time the successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining our rail network, ensuring longevity and efficiency.

This position requires someone who can work independently and as part of a team, possessing excellent communication and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will be working on a range of tasks, including inspecting and servicing equipment, completing train upgrades and modifications, and reporting directly to Delivery Managers and Team Leaders.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Inspecting and maintaining rail infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and safety
  • Servicing and repairing equipment as needed to minimize downtime
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve project goals and objectives

Requirements for this position include:

  • Experience in a similar role or relevant industry
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to provide high-quality customer service
