About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Leader to oversee the allocation of people and assets to deliver on operational targets and service standards. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring operational objectives are met and contributing to innovation and change across the operations.

Requirements:

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • ">
  • Sound knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations, and fatigue management as it pertains to the Transport industry, specifically including dangerous goods;">
  • Strong customer service orientation - excellent understanding and strong curiosity about our customers and what adds value to them;">
  • Leadership experience with minimum 2 years in a managerial or senior operations role, with demonstrated team leadership and decision-making capabilities;">
  • Communication skills with proven ability to lead toolbox meetings and engage effectively with unions, regulators, and customers.">
