Job Title: Trauma Management Specialist


Job Description:


We are seeking a skilled Trauma Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our national trauma response team, you will be responsible for providing critical incident and crisis counselling support to our clients.


Key responsibilities include:


* Providing rapid response services to clients during critical incidents


* Delivering EAP and training and consulting services


* Working collaboratively with stakeholders to provide solution-focused advice


Required Skills and Qualifications:


To be successful in this role, you will need:


* Experience in providing psychosocial interventions, support, and counselling


* Relevant experience and minimum 3 years trauma management and/or relevant consultancy services


* Demonstrated ability to assess workplace issues and identify suitable intervention programs
